Board members must demonstrate leadership and actively commit to the NSWICC's vision and initiatives.
NSWICC Directors are highly regarded by the Aboriginal Business Sector, Industry and Government and for their knowledge and intelligence in the areas of Academia, Business, Management, Governance and Strong Connections to Community and Culture. A number of NSWICC Directors act as advisors to federal and State Government.
NSWICC Directors advocate for the right of Aboriginal people to be in control of their own destiny including the right to participate as citizens without disadvantage and in the wider economy through quality employment and as successful business owners.
