NSWICC Members are invited to attend the launch of Aunty Beryl Van-Oploo OAM’s Cookbook, a celebration of
First Nations food knowledge, culture and community. A respected Gamilaroi Elder, educator and hospitality
leader, Aunty Beryl has spent decades sharing her knowledge of bushfoods and mentoring the next generation
through education, catering and community programs. This special evening will celebrate her journey, the release
of her cookbook and the cultural significance of First Nations food.
The event will bring together community leaders, industry professionals and supporters of Indigenous enterprise
for an evening of storytelling, connection and celebration.
