Westbourne College offers nationally accredited online courses designed to upskill staff and strengthen business capability. We now have traineeships available for all Aboriginal businesses in the following areas:
These government-subsidised traineeships support Aboriginal businesses to build skilled teams, meet contract requirements, and increase competitiveness for government and private tenders. Courses are online, self-paced, and delivered by Westbourne College (RTO 41084). We encourage all Aboriginal businesses to invest in training for greater opportunities and long-term growth. Funded Community Services places (Aboriginal identified cohort)
Westbourne College have recently received support from Training Services NSW to progress a Training Needs Identification (TNI) that will provide 20 fully funded places in Community Services (four units of competency). We are aiming to build an Aboriginal identified cohort and deliver the training face-to-face, with strong pathways into employment, traineeships and / or further study.
