The City of Sydney invites Tenders for carrying out of head design consultancy services for the Elizabeth Street and Prince Alfred Park between Eddy Avenue and Devonshire Street Cycling Connection Project. The new cycleway will connect the separated cycleway on Eddy Avenue with the Surry Hills to Central Quietway and Prince Alfred Park. It will separate bike riders and pedestrians at the Central Station exit near Foveaux Street and provide and alternative

works, cabling works, installation of housings for future load management systems and compliance testing of the

Waterloo Cycleway Project in accordance with this request. The new cycleway will connect the seperated cycleway
on Henderson Road with the George Street cycleway at Waterloo Station. The connection will provide significant
safety and accessibility improvements for people riding, and people who want to ride. This connection will resolve
