Deb Barwick is an award-winning Aboriginal Entrepreneur and Business Owner who believes that Aboriginal people themselves are the solution to social and economic parity and that, “enabling Aboriginal leadership regionally, nationally and globally is a strategic and wise investment toward a stronger Australian Economy and Nation.”
Having dedicated much of her working life to supporting the aspirations of Aboriginal Entrepreneurship and Business, Deb is working with Government and Industry to ensure Aboriginal Business informs the development of Aboriginal Purchasing Policies.
Liam Harte
CEO, Integrity Health & Safety
After finishing with the Australian Defence Force Liam began a career in Health through joining New South Wales Ambulance as an Intensive Care Paramedic providing care to patients in an out of hospital settings. Through this role, he has developed a strong interpersonal skill set, an ability to make important decisions quickly and built strong personal and professional relationships with all levels of healthcare professionals as a part of a multidisciplinary approach to care. Passionate about Indigenous health and how we can affect real change both currently and by doing things better for future generations.
John McNamara (Company Secretary)

John is a Wiradjuri man from Western NSW with over 30 years’ experience in Aboriginal employment and economic development overseeing Aboriginal employment initiatives in both the private and public sector. John has developed and implemented Aboriginal employment strategies with many of Australia’s leading companies, both privately owned and publicly listed. John has demonstrated extensive knowledge across Corporate Australia on their Aboriginal employment initiatives and activities. He possesses extensive knowledge of Aboriginal employment programs both Commonwealth and State-based including both the Commonwealth IPP Indigenous Procurement Policy & NSW Government Aboriginal Participation In Construction policy.
Monty Noble

Monty has developed an incredible love for brands by working for some of the world’s best-known agencies on the most famous of accounts. His portfolio includes work for Australian Pork Ltd, Australian Rugby Union, Diageo (Bundy, Stoli, UDL, Johnnie Walker), Heineken, IKEA, Sanitarium (Weet-Bix, Up ‘n’ Go, So Good), Kelloggs (Just Right), Unilever (Flora, Jiff), Colgate Palmolive, Japan Airlines, Mercedes Benz, Qantas, CommSec, Jalna Yoghurt and the U by Kotex “Beaver” campaign. Monty has been honoured in many of the world’s most prestigious shows and in early 2009, Monty proudly led his agency, the Brand Shop, to major recognition in both industry magazines’ “Agency of the Year” awards (B & T and Adnews).
Greg Green

Greg Green born 27/07/1959 in Sydney, is the second generation to this Australian owned 100% Indigenous Engineering Group, DCL Engineering Group now operating in business since 1960. Greg only found out about his aboriginality heritage 10 years ago who is proud of his indigenous heritage the Dabbee tribe a part of the Wiradjuri nation, from Rylstone, Kandos, Mudgee area in NSW. Greg is the ancestor to the Dabbee tribe elders James and Peggy Lamberts – daughter Rose Green. – Greg father Edward (Billy) was from Kandos like the rest of the ancestors.
Herb Smith

Herb Smith is a Wiradjuri man from Wellington NSW and is the Founder/Business Owner of DREAMTIME TUKA, an Aboriginal owned Business commencing in 2015.
Herb was a career Police Officer with the New South Wales Force for 31 years before venturing into the Native Food Supply Industry. He had no previous business experience, but had a business idea, a strong passion to succeed and a strong work ethic.

Robert Riley is a proud Weilwan-Wiradjuri man with over 30 years’ experience working with and for Aboriginal people in his community. He is the founder and sole director of Pathways Together Aboriginal Corporation, a not-for-profit established to carry forward the amazing work accomplished by Indigenous Concepts and Networking (ICaN) a business he helped establish back in 2011.
Narelle Anderson

Narelle is a Jagera Woman and the great niece of the late Senator Neville Bonner, a heritage of which she is very proud. Narelle is passionate about indigenous communities and has achieved many firsts as an indigenous person, woman and entrepreneur. In Narelle’s words ‘my culture makes me a custodian of the land so cleaning up the country seems a natural fit.’ Narelle’s vision is to change the way Australians – and the world – recycles, using technology to reward consumers for the good they do.

Luke is a proud descendent of the Anaiwan people and the Grandson of Jim Williams, a well-respected drover from Collarenebri. Luke holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Building along with a number of trade qualifications. has over 25 years of experience working in Healthcare Infrastructure and commercial construction environments.
Michael Hatton
TSS Total Surveying Solutions
Michael is a proud descendent of the Bunuba and Wiradjuri people. He founded TSS in 2004 with a view to allow others to help him grow the business, TSS employ about 100 people across NSW, VIC and PHP. They work primarily in the construction industry and are one of the most prominent surveying firms in NSW.
TSS has been recognised as Employer of Choice in 2016 at the Australian Business Awards.
