Protecting the Integrity of the NSWICC Brand

The NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC) is committed to maintaining trust, transparency and integrity within the Indigenous business sector.

Our corporate logo, Partner and Assured Member branding represent credibility, verification and accountability within the supplier diversity ecosystem. The unauthorised or incorrect use of NSWICC branding can create confusion in the market and undermine confidence in Indigenous business certification processes.

If you become aware of any incorrect, misleading or unauthorised use of the NSWICC logo or branding, we ask that you report it to:

📧 complaints@nswicc.com.au

All reports will be handled confidentially and reviewed in accordance with our governance and due diligence processes.

Your support helps:

  • Protect the integrity of verified Indigenous businesses
  • Maintain confidence in supplier diversity initiatives
  • Strengthen trust across government, corporate and community partners
  • Safeguard the credibility of the Indigenous business sector

Together, we can ensure that representation within our ecosystem remains accurate, transparent and accountable.

Thank you for supporting a strong and trusted Indigenous business community.
