Role Title: First Nations Research Support Lead (Identified) - Faculty of Medicine and Health
Description: As the First Nations Research Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in building this function from the ground up. Working within the Research and Development team and in close partnership with the Poche Centre for Indigenous Health, you will develop best-practice frameworks, resources and support services that enable researchers to undertake culturally safe, community-informed and ethically robust research.
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of First Nations research across the Faculty, foster meaningful partnerships with First Nations communities and stakeholders, and contribute to research that creates lasting impact and positive health outcomes.

Role Title: Clinical Trials Assistant (Targeted)
Description: Join the Sydney Clinical Trials Centre at the University of Sydney as a Clinical Trial Assistant, supporting the delivery of high-quality clinical trials across multiple projects. Based at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse, you’ll provide essential administrative and operational support, maintain trial documentation, coordinate meetings and regulatory processes, manage payments and tracking systems, and contribute to continuous improvement. We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, problem-solving and administrative skills, ideally with experience in health or clinical trials. This is a Targeted Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Position, with a strong commitment to cultural safety, inclusion and professional development.
