Exhibit with us at Australia’s Premier Food Industry Trade Show

The NSW Government is proud to participate in Fine Food Australia 2026, taking place from 31 August – 3 September 2026 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.

As the largest food industry trade show in the southern hemisphere, Fine Food Australia attracts more than 26,000 trade visitors from over 50 countries each year, offering unmatched exposure to buyers, distributors, and industry leaders.

Showcase your brand in the Flavours of NSW zone.

The Flavours of NSW zone celebrates the state’s diverse food and beverage manufacturing capabilities while highlighting government support for industry growth.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from regional NSW food and beverage businesses to co-exhibit within the dedicated Flavours of NSW stand. Aboriginal businesses are encouraged to apply.

What’s on offer:
  • Opportunity to exhibit within a premium, government-supported showcase
  • Exposure to thousands of national and international trade buyers
  • Inclusion in a curated display highlighting regional excellence and innovation
  • Networking opportunities across the global food and beverage sector

Up to 15 businesses will be selected through a competitive EOI process. Successful applicants will be required to contribute $500 towards participation.

This initiative is led by Regional Economic Development within the Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development.

Submit your EOI today to be part of this exciting opportunity to elevate your brand on a national and global stage.
