Neil has over 15 years of experience in procurement, tendering and contract negotiations within constructions, mining, and utilities. Having worked within large and medium sized organisations as well as running a niche advisory, Neil possesses some of the most unique skill sets across tendering and contracts negotiations.
Neil is passionate about delivering success through excellence and has a vision to secure better commercial position for SMEs while tendering or negotiating contracts with large companies.
Well-rounded experience in strategic commercial management and strategic procurement provides Neil an ability to advise SMEs with practical solutions to succeed in manoeuvring through seemingly complex tendering processes, and contract negotiations while dealing with large companies.
