Becoming a Member of the NSWICC
The NSW Indigenous Chamber of Commerce (NSWICC) is the peak body for Indigenous business in NSW and a powerful voice for the needs of Indigenous entrepreneurs, business owners and enterprising communities. Our vision is for a state that embraces its rich Indigenous history and culture; And values Indigenous entrepreneurship, innovation and enterprise as an important pillar in a strong New South Wales economy. Together, with our strategic alliances and partners we work with Indigenous entrepreneurs, business owners and enterprising communities to develop and accelerate their business goals by building skills and developing capacity, removing barriers and, identifying and facilitating opportunities. The NSWICC is a non-Government, not for profit organisation whose biggest asset is our expertise and partner value proposition. Over the past 15 years we have leveraged our unique position and expertise to create a self-sustaining chamber model that ignites the entrepreneurial spirit of Indigenous people, accelerates Indigenous business and employment growth and, facilitates relationships and networks that enable sustained economic and social inclusion.
NSWICC Membership provides a professional and culturally safe forum to members where they can access a wealth of knowledge, learn new skills, qualifications and access professional services to support their business goals and aspirations. The Chamber network removes the isolation of operating alone by allowing members to connect with other Indigenous business owners across NSW to share their stories, experiences and opportunities. NSWICC Assured businesses are promoted through the NSW Aboriginal Procurement Helpdesk, Industry Events and Forums.
