Yinaar Ngaambi-li is an exciting bespoke accelerator for Indigenous women entrepreneurs and business owners.
This part time program will help you develop your business capacity, confidence, and growth through a fit for purpose, culturally considered business accelerator program that enables sustained connection to business support and professional women role models, mentors and networks.
Featuring in-person and online learning delivery, this program has been co-designed with busy business owners and entrepreneurs in mind. Developing your capabilities, knowledge, and confidence, you will be supported on this journey by your new professional network of peers and industry leaders.

Duration: March to September 2024
Format: Includes in-person classroom sessions plus additional online learning modules and materials

Yinaar Ngaambi-li translates to Aboriginal Women in Trade in Gamilaroi language.
Who Should Attend:
This program is for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women business owners, and entrepreneurs who:
- operate in NSW,
- are looking to build the capability of their business to take it to the next level,
- own and operate an “Aboriginal business” or “Indigenous Enterprise” as defined within the Aboriginal Procurement Policy (NSW) and Indigenous Procurement Policy (Cth), and
- have been operating their business for a minimum of 1 year

Program Experience:
A highly focussed and practical course, including interactive workshops, independent online study plus guest speakers sharing their personal journeys and lived experiences.
Topics that will be covered include:
- Identifying and communicating your business narrative and capability
- Designing a digital strategy
- Developing strategies and plans for your business, including finance, risk, and professional networking
- Your learning will culminate in the creation and presentation of a business pitch to a strategically selected group of successful women business owners and leaders including procurement professionals.
