For 20 years, NSWICC has been the heartbeat of Indigenous business in New South Wales - certifying, connecting and championing First Nations enterprise across our state.

We celebrate this on significant milestone on 22 September 2026 with a Anniversary Parliamentary Breakfast hosted with the Hon. David Harris MP, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Treaty. This breakfast is by invitation only, but there will be opportunity to attend the unveiling of the NSWICC 20th Anniversary commemorative bench at Caid Jam Ora in the Botanic Gardens following the breakfast at approximately 9.30 am.

The Summit will return in 2026, continuing its role as a leading national platform for Indigenous business, employment, collaboration, and economic opportunity.

Following a powerful year of connection, insight, and impact, The Summit 2026 will once again bring together Indigenous businesses, corporate leaders, government representatives, and changemakers from across the country to drive meaningful outcomes — including stronger pathways to employment, workforce development and economic participation.

About the Expo:

The Employment & Careers Expo is a new addition to our annual flagship event called The Summit. The Expo builds on NSWICC's commitment to holistic economic empowerment, providing a vibrant, purpose-built space within The Summit to connect Indigenous job seekers, school leavers and graduates to training providers, community organisations and corporate and/or government agencies that are committed to building diverse inclusive workforces.

Is your organisation looking to attract Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander talent?

Exhibit at the Expo to showcase traineeships, apprenticeships pathways or job opportunities to demonstrate your genuine commitment to Indigenous employment.

Who Attends?

The Expo is specifically designed to attract Indigenous job seekers from across NSW, with invitations distributed through Aboriginal Community-Controlled Organisations (ACCOs), high schools, universities and community networks. Attendees will include individuals actively exploring career opportunities, traineeships, apprenticeship[s and further study pathways.

End of Year Celebration!

Join the New South Wales Indigenous Chamber of Commerce for our final Member & Partner Networking Event of 2026, as we come together to celebrate the holiday season, reflect on the year that has been, and look ahead to the opportunities ahead.

Hosted at our Djiyagiyulang-gal Hub in Redfern, on Gadigal Country, this relaxed end of year gathering is an opportunity for NSWICC Assured Members and Partner Organisations to reconnect with peers, strengthen relationships, and celebrate the collective achievements of the Indigenous business community.

As we close out a significant year for NSWICC, including our 20th Anniversary and The Summit 2026, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of conversation, connection and celebration. Whether you are looking to catch up with familiar faces, make new connections, or simply take a moment to acknowledge the year with the NSWICC community, we would love to have you there.

This is a free event exclusively for NSWICC Assured Members and Partner Organisations. Registration is essential for catering and capacity purposes.
