Re-launch of Our Mob on Country
The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI) are excited to announce the re-launch of Our Mob on Country. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities by helping mob understand who we are, what we do, and how to apply for our roles.
The site breaks down barriers to applying for roles at DPHI by:
- Simplifying our application and recruitment processes through an application guide
- Embedding culturally responsive advice and guidance
- Providing direct access to the Aboriginal Careers and Capability team
- Offering sign-up for updates on Aboriginal identified and targeted roles
