Deadly Business Magazine launch moves to June 2027
The first edition will now arrive after National Reconciliation Week, giving the publication more time to deliver for the businesses and partners behind it.
The Deadly Business Magazine team and NSWICC have moved the magazine’s inaugural launch to June 2027, following National Reconciliation Week.
The decision was made carefully, with one goal in mind: giving the magazine the strongest possible start. Many small businesses across the sector are still working through tough conditions, including rising costs, shifting priorities and limited room to invest in marketing right now. Together with some unavoidable production and coordination delays, this made it clear that rushing to print wouldn’t serve anyone well.
The extra time will allow the Deadly Business Magazine team to build a stronger editorial program, finalise advertising and partnerships properly, and make sure the magazine reaches the audience it deserves. Most importantly, it means Deadly Business Magazine will launch as a publication that truly celebrates Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, their stories, their innovation and their achievements.
